After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
FLoriduh_voter is right about the cess pool that is known as clearwater and the surrounding area...
And to have an attorney who works with major hospice players to get a law changed.....to include food and water as artificial if you cannot swallow, through the "GRACE PROJECT" and the END-OF-LIFE Panel, set to advise and help enact this law.....and this, AFTER felos had hired MS.......

IIRC, the Schindlers filed an emergency motion before an honest judge, who found in their favor. Unfortunately, an appeals court later threw out that ruling on the basis that the parents hadn't gone before the Great High Omnipotent Unstoppable Lord Almighty George Greer (GHOULAGG), so the case was remanded to GHOULAGG with predictable results.

Remember Floriduh Voter's report about the news people who were on one day, standing with the HINO supporters, and holding up signs. And then the next day showed up as reporters, with cameras in hand.
FV, was outraged by their behavior as I am too. However, I'm not at all surprised because Fox News has been a huge disappointment to me. They and also MSNBC, and CNN continue to have that slim bucket paid doctor of DEATH, Ronald Cranford on their programs to say Terri is PVS. They also use Dr Baden who used to be a respected Doctor, but is NOW PROMOTING TERRI'S DEATH WITH THE PVS BS. Baden is also saying Terri is NOT in pain. grrrrrrrrr
They also keep having Jay Wolfson on too. He is a horrible person, who I'm sure is another promoter of euthanasia.
But we have read and hear you concern that MS may be a scientologist. Even if he were..it would not change anything. It's legal. Stupid, imo, but legal.
Terri is a catholic. Attended with her parents...Terri loved her priest. And Terri loved animals..which is why michael killed her two cats...immediately. Just after he melted down her wedding rings to make a gold necklace.

The lesser of two evils argument is a phony argument. Are you aware of what you're saying? Ok, let's say we have candidate A and B. Candidate A degree of evilness is, say, 7, on a scale of one to ten, while candidate B is 8. So you vote for candidate A, since he's the lesser evil of the two. Candidate A gets elected. In the intervening 4 years candidate A prepares for re-election and, in doing so, his degree of evilness shoots up to 9 (people, and especially politicians, do change over time). Now candidate A goes against B, whose degree of evilness is 9 1/2. Again, according to your criterion, you vote for A because he's the lesser of two evils. Candidate A (with a 9th degree of evilness) now rules over the people. Notice that candidate A is now more evil than he was in the first election. In fact he's more evil than B was in the first election.
I know, pretty convoluted and extreme, but so economic analogies. The whole point being that the lesser of two evils today may be the greater evil tomorrow, as in the case above. Evil is evil and I'd rather not vote for it. but then, again, politcians are masters at using scare tactics, and the sheeple will continue to re-elect them over and over.
Terri's fight is not over. It should never be over. And, most importantly, I will never, ever, forget.
Have a good evening y' all and sorry for ranting and being off-topic. You did not deserve it, but I'm angry, disappointed, outraged and exhausted. Unimaginable, unthinkable that an innocent human being could be starved and dehydrated to death, intentionally and premeditatedly.

Get this --> Remember hearing about the woman who asked Judge Greer for a restraining order against her abusive husband? Greer denys her request. The woman is killed by her husband. This is the kicker - I heard the woman was a nurse at the jail and that is the nurse who HINO SCHIAVO REPLACED AT THE JAIL.
I'm so tired I can't remember where I heard the last part. Don't know if it was from Scoop or some one else. It is such a tangled web of Scorpions.. I hope they begin to STING EACH OTHER WITH THEIR POISON.
This is almost unbelieveable. No one could dream up this stuff. It's so unreal. Only the darkside could play this game so well. This has never been just a legal fight. It's always been a spiritual fight, but I doubt the Schindlers realized this early on.
It's one of those deals, where you don't know who the enemy is and have to peel away the layers to find the truth.

Pep-When I consider what they have fought against...the heartbreak...the denials...the IMPOTENCE as they have watched their dtr brutalized time and again, not only by her guardian, but by our so called rule of law.

Well, they KNOW that Terri's parents aren't going to leave her now!! The subpoenas could save Terri. It's a catch 22.
I don't get that!! Didn't they subpoena Terri also??? I have NEVER witnessed so many politicians in such confusion in all my life. NONE of these twits seems to know what to do? I still want an answer as to WHY that feeding tube was NOT re-inserted. Also, the Bill that was passed mandated that the Courts take A NEW LOOK at this case, disregarding all that had gone on in the lower Court case. They were to receive and review NEW evidence, NOT review, or pretend to review, what had already taken place in the lower court. The Federal Government was made fully aware, that there was a GREAT DEAL OF EVIDENCE that was NOT ALLOWED to be submitted to the lower court. WHAT A GONG SHOW!! You see, EVEN the Bill passed in the Federal Government wasn't followed. THIS IS UNBELIEVEABLE!! Only one conclusion is reasonable. They are NOT interested in the truth of this case, they are interested in Terri dying and then putting on their so sorry act. Perhaps they'll have some "hearings" GACK! GACK! GACK!!
