Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri

Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.

Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.

Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.

But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.

A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.

Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.

It would be kind if the court split the ashes and gave MS 51 % so the Schindlers could have her and bury her. But I guess kindness is gone from the picture isn't it.

Somehow it is making me more sad than mad lately.

Not that it means anything, but they rushed to cremate Vince Foster too. Seems to get rid of a lot of little questions.

Not only to murder his wife in full public view, but to have Judge Greer judicially mandate the smallest details of the death plan, whihc was set in place at least 5 years ago if not before then.

Starting with admitting a non-terminally ill woman to a HOSPICE.

Just like an oven stuffer roaster.

LOL. One of the worst parts of all this is the fact that that sneaky sleazoid thinks he got over on everyone. His brother is nearly as diabolical. Just looking at him makes me feel like giving him a couple of knuckle sandwiches.

When he finally succeeds in killing Terri after 15 years and this is over, he better find a couple of aliases for the rest of his miserable life.

;-)

1. Tried to kill her and was responsible for the state she is in (the evidence that points to this is creepy). 2. They were very close to a divorce at the time. 3. Consistanly refused basic medical care for her throughout and threaten to fire anyone who dared tried to treat her. 4. Spent 400,000 of her settlement money on schooling to be a nurse to care for her (contridicts his claim that she wanted to die). 5. Blown 600,000 of her therapy money on living large.

Do you take pride in being ignorant? 1. There is no proof that MS tried to kill her. It was investigated and no evidence was found. 2. You got one lady with an axe to grind wanting her few minutes of TV time saying that. Nothing tangible and no other witnesses. 3. Not true. Didnt refuse any medical care until after it was clear that she wasnt getting better and was PVS. 4. He spent $300,000 towards his education. It was his money awarded to him, not Terri. It was lost relations with his wife. 5. Totally absurd. Terri's settlement money went into trust overseen by the court. MS doesnt have any control over this money at all. Court appointed trustee does.

The perfect crime grinds on to a predictable conclusion. Except I'm surprised Terri did not tell Michael she wanted her ashes dumped into the sea from 10 miles out to save the cost of a burial plot.

Though Michael just remembered Terri mentioning she would want any gold filings pried out of her mouth.

If you so much as DARE to take a picture of Terri, my seeing-eye dog shall eat you alive."

The medical examiner makes the call and usually they don't do them unless it is an obvious crime. Since this happened under a judicial order and in a hospice I don't think one will be done. Believe me the ME doesn't want to get into this.

Actually, you are IGNORANT!

An Attempted Murder investigation was launched after the discovery of the bone scan, and the investigators did find reason to prosecute MS; however, the statute of limitations for attempted murder in Floriduh is 4 years, and it had expired.

As for the care he provided Terri, I would not classify a rolled up washcloth in her had as therapy, but MS does. Hence, her palms have not been washed in years, and her fingernails have grown into her palms. She has also had one of her toes amputated.

DUmmy.

"Evidence?"

From the affidavit of a nurse who cared for Terri:

mentions specifically in Section 1 'end of life care'

It would appear that, in Florida, you may be lots closer to "end of life" than you thought you were.

Of course he plans to cremate her. He's been waiting 15 years. Can't have any nasty autopsies revealing things that conflict with his 'loving' testamonies of his wife's wishes. Even in death, he gets his wish to get rid of her and anything that reminds him of her or could incriminate him. His 'girlfriend' should watch and learn. With Terri out of the way (presumably), and the spotlight off him (no autopsies to wait for), she should be careful that she doesn't become his next focus, after all the many court cases and legal fees ate up a lot of the settlement money he swore he'd use for Terri's rehab. With that gone, well... (I clearly believe that he was abusive, based on the articles I've read.) I think all along that he's kept the girlfriend and kids to 'appear normal' for the courts. She should be concerned what happens when the circus ends and any evidence Terri might have had is gone...

I agree with your predictions.

I would add that MS will make 2+ million this year on book deals, interviews, and speaking events. My prediction is that he will leave his girlfriend in the next few months, so that she cannot lay claim to any part of his new fortune, other than child support.

I am so sad for the parents and I know they are good people. But they have been far, far too passive. They are not to blame for what has happened- but they needed to play hardball a long, long time ago. Truth is they are just too nice-too cooperative.

One of Terri's old girlfriends was on tv the other night, Frances Casler is her name. She said Terri's parents repeatedly would tell her friends NOT to reveal any of the info they had, because MS, the estranged husband, was always denying them visiting rights to Terri if they did something he didn't like.

They just had no other way to turn in this situation.

Hoping that NY doesn't start with this kind of stuff.
