Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri
Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.
Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.
Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.
But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.
A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.
Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.
I've researched court testimony,
and know who the culprits are in
this case.
You do not know the facts. They may have material evidence that has been covered up, it has happened since things like poison were invented, and some of those never leave the bone marrow.
What may have caused her condition is still an uknown, as far as I am concerned.

We need to be writing to Governor Bush right now so that he can order an autopsy before MS destroys the evidence. Does Bush have authority over the state attorney?

I agree with both of you regarding the Shindler family having their own Memorial service for Terri---I would too, in their place, BUT
I am angry that they are being told they CANNOT by MS and the court to the burial---I just think it is cruel to use a court decree to keep them away (even if they wouldn't want to be there with MS)...
I guess right now I am feeling kind of bitter about the treatment that Terri is/isn't getting, but the treatment of the family by MS, Felos, and the State of Florida...

Michael's "funeral" for Terri will be a victory party.
Hope he and his mistress don't drink too much celebrating and have another contrived auto accident, the likes of which have made Jodi Centoze moderately wealthy.

All people in the know agree that Michale has been abusing Terri on a regular basis for the last 16 plus years.
That is probably why she was going to be moving out of the house before he tried to strangle her.
I beleive that a feeding tube is life support. She cannot survive with out it.

Not conclusively proven, and nurses have stated that they did give her pudding and similar things by mouth.
Besides, Greer did order that she not be fed by mouth.
If she couldn't eat that way, why bother ordering against it?

Exactly. I suspect the worse about Michael Shiavo, but nothing would come of an autopsy except more speculation and endless debates about the case, and Michael coming out on top again. There is some DU-style wishful thinking going on here, no offense to the people who feel for Terri and her family. God will have His day with MS even though things are all wrong here.

IMO, you can't stand the Schindler's for being advocates for their daughter.
