Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri
Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.
Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.
Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.
But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.
A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.
Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.
Which document was that. I would like to read it, because I have not come across anything like that.

You know, nothing personal, but if you and all the others who tend to get hysterical would go easy on the "Michael is Satan" comments, it might be possible to have a reasonable discussion around here.

What exactly was his profession at the time of Terri's collapse?
I think we all need to pray for the best outcome for Terri, and the nation Terri is serving, in her own way, all throughout her ordeal.

She reported it to the Sheriff, who will not be interviewed and will not release the complaint.
The nurse was on YV, I forget which program. The program tried to get the Sheriff but he refused.
You're right. He's not Satan. He's Satan's henchman.
O.K. Let's still facts that are not in refute.
1. He spent over $300,000.00 dollars of the settlement money to become a nurse (that's right a flippin' nurse not doctor), so that he can take of her.
2. He blew through $600,000.00 of the money that was meant for her care on living expenses.
3. He refuses to allow her to be tested with modern equipment (EKG).
4. He refuses any form of therapy for her over the last 10 years.
5. Is her husband for the sole purpose of killing her.
6. Has another common law wife and childern.
The list of facts not in dispute may not make him satan, but certainly point to a world class jerk. I tend to believe some of the other stuff that and lean toward him being psychopathic and can not determine right from wrong. There is not a reason in the world that he should not have turned care over to the parents. Her offhanded remark does not justify the extremes he is going through.
