Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri
Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.
Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.
Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.
But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.
A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.
Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.
Euthanasia IS a crime.

My sister-in-law, who was divorced from her son's father, was able to get some of his ashes from the funeral home, and we had our own graveside ceremony at our family plot on the day of my youngest daughter's wedding. It was a blessing. She applied to the Navy for a marker and he is laid to rest where my husband is on family property near my house.

I couldnt think of a worse punishment that to be apart from God. That is something that Micheal Schiavo will face one day unless he repents. Micheal may have won in our country's courts. However, the final Judgement remains and I think it will be different.

Oh, I get it, it isn't euthanasia when the person being killed doesn't fit YOUR parameters of who deserves to live.

If Michael does that, then he will be publicly shown to be as evil as we all believe that he is. If he thinks that he is going to get book offers after this, he can think again. No one wants to read his story.

Thanks for the FACTS. Unlike the many DU like responses from some here that don't get facts first.
I can't speak for what is going through Michael's mind. Speaking for myself, I can say I wouldn't want some ghoul digging up my husband's grave to find out how much of his brain has disintegrated. I would have him cremated.
