Between this and yesterday's Texas BP plant explosion, somethings happening in the state of Texas.

Things like this started happening when Bush invited the Canadians and Mexicans to visit his ranch.

It's in the 300 block of N. Renner Road - I think that's on the east side of 75.

The map points to the main facility. (Actually, the main facility is between the marked point and the North/South highway shown) They also have a large facility just south of the marked position. The photo is of a site farther up in Richardson, probably a mile or two north of those facilites.

Judge Greer ordered the collapse of the building!

Actually, he just ordered the removal of all the supports and prohibited any cranes or scaffolds.

That's the main TI site, yes. That's not the site of the collapse, though.

Lemmee guess, the structural engineer calculated the load capacity with one of them RPN thingies

Legend has it that one day the great CEO Fred Bucy, prowling through the cubicles, saw an HP calculator on an engineer's desk. He snatched it up and smashed it on the floor. 'Twas after my tour of duty, but I can well believe it.

Do a search for 300 W. Renner Road, Richardson, TX; that should do it.

The facility under construction will be a silicon wafer fabrication facility.

Interesting and probably unrelated tidbit:

My company has some servers in Richardson, and they're down due to a power outage which occured at about the same time as this roof collapse.
