No rain in the area for the last 48 hours.

NBC5 is reporting and showing that it wasn't a floor that collapsed, but just a steel rebar grid (that would have been the second floor). They have extracted two workers, one more remains to be extracted. Injuries are minor to moderate, all to people who were on top of the rebar. Nobody was below it when it collapsed.

I feel sorry for the people and all and hope no one was seriously hurt, but with all the sirens going off and 11teentrillion police, ambulance, and fire truck siren passing outside...I got irritated. Couldn't watch ma shows.

Based on the photo up thread, it is going to be north of the site marked on your map, and if the photo is centered, it will be on the west side of the highway.
