This is the doing of his madman lawyer Dr.Death George Felos. Who can now say he once petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States.

Whereas the Florida Constitution Article III Section 17 provides for the impeachment of judges for misdemeanor in office, misdemeanor being defined as a misdeed or offense less than a felony.

Whereas Judge Greer is a judge in the 6th circuit court of Florida and bound to rule in agreement with Florida Statutes and the Judicial Code of Ethics,

The undersigned are petitioning Florida House Speaker Johnnie Byrd and the Florida House of Representatives to impeach Judge Greer pursuant to the provisions in the Florida Constitution for the following violations of Statutes and Judicial Canons, which prove justification for impeachment.

Judge George W. Greer has caused public confidence in the judiciary to deteriorate due to his rulings regarding Terri Schiavo and thus violated Judicial Canon 1.

Actually even the best designed government may from time to time be taken over by socio-psychopaths.

It's up to the normal people to then remove them from power. This business of Judge Greer ordering the sheriffs to do anything clearly indicates he's no longer living in the real world. Odds are more than half of them would just as soon shoot the judge as to look at him. The best course of action in that case is to avoid calling their attention to you.

Not in this case, and that's what I am commenting on.

Greer is next. He is going to rule today by noon if the state can take Terri! And we all know how he is going to rule now don't we!

Why is he issueing rulings on something that is not in his court? Where does a judge get the authority to direct an action by a LEA to pre-empt the action of a separate agent of the government? Enforcing the law is not the purview of the judiciary. They are there to weigh the actions of enforcement vs. the actions of a given plaintiff.

"Gov. Bush and the DCF are Mrs. Schiavo's last hope. I pray that the Gov. was just waiting to see what the SCOTUS would do before he intervened. Gov. Bush is in an extemely difficult position, but this is why he was elected. I pray that God gives him the stength and courage to do what must be done."

I have a feeling that is Jeb is on the verge of political suicide, if he helps Terri at all.

We cannot have judges ordering non-enforcement of laws that require the executive branch to take action.

It is a violation of the separation of powers.

This judge has overstepped his legal authority. If he impedes enforcement of the law, he should be arrested.

Every morning I cringe as I turn on my Net access and search for news of Terri. Always afraid that today will be the day that the end comes for her.

Listening to TED OLSON on Laura Ingraham. He is not surprised that the USSC did not get envolved. Said there is so much medical stuff envolved etc. He said without looking at the case he could not make a determination, but is surprised with the NEW medical information that this was not looked at anew.

What's truly pathetic is this selective faith in our legal system and sanctimonious pontificating about the rule of law.

When the same United States Supreme Court that wrote a Constitutional right to anal sex into U.S. law refuses to take on a case like this with major life-and-death implications, I'd say the U.S. Supreme Court has no legitimate reason to exist.

I've just cancelled the Florida trip I planned for later this year, and as Freepers are my witness I will say that I'll take a vacation in Fallujah before I ever set foot in that state again.

Yea - the judge is in on the hiding evidence that the husband abused his wife, Terri - because they are both high ranking Free Masons and gave each other the secret word/handshake. >/s<

He thinks that because a case about Terri Schiavo was brought before him, then that gives him the right to meddle in every aspect of the Schiavo vs. Schindler debacle. What a freak.
