Pegita, I believe it has already been confirmed that DCF won't get involved.
I PRAY that the Supreme Court looks to the law in Florida that allowed the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS of Terri to be trampled in a breathtakingly horrific manner.
The Florida Law that ALLOWS the words of a guardian, in this case a spouse co-habitating with another, who remembered SEVEN years into this horrific nightmare his so called wife's wishes to die, who has probably brutalized her through these years in ways that would cause an uproar were it to be known as fact, to be used as 'clear and convincing evidence'
A law that allows a JUDGE to act as the disabled person's guardian (in this case, Judge Greer, who NEVER EVEN VISITED TERRI, has NEVER MET HER!)
A LAW that required NO REVIEW, NO HEARING, NO DEPOSITION of Michael's methods of treating Terri for all these long years.
A LAW that SO TRASHED TERRI's RIGHTS that she is FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE and now DYING an HORRIFIC DEATH without HER RIGHT TO LIFE HAVING EVER BEEN THE SOLE MATTER BEFORE THE COURT....
This LAW offers NO PROTECTION for the disabled whose guardians may be monsters.
This is such a breathtakingly wrongful trashing of human rights ya almost cannot stand it...
This LAW SHOULD BE WHAT THE SUPREMES ATTACK.
THAT and the fact that NO OTHER JUDGE stood up and SCREAMED at the top of his lungs that Judge Greer ADMITTED and RELIED UPON the testimony of a doctor used by FELOS to determine Terri's condition.... a DOCTOR who believes, as PRINTED in the Minneapolis Star Tribune op-ed piece he wrote, that....
that.........
that those in a PVS state HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS and also....
that those who have Alzhiemers DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE FEEDING TUBES inserted when they become unable to take nourishment by mouth.
On its FACE..........that a MISTRIAL has not been issued....that NONE OF THESE JUDGES are willing to look at the law that has allowed this travesty to occur is SHOCKING!
It almost makes ya wish that EACH of these judges were given a MICHAEL SCHIAVO sociopathic freak into their own families, with the same situtation, HUNG by the same laws and horrific JUDGE, and became, like the Schindlers, victems who had to WATCH their own loved one starve and go without water for DAYS and DAYS without ANY HELP from the judicial system.

If you read the law they can override the guardian if they suspect the guardian is neglecting the patient. And obvious thing if you think about it.
So if DCF WONT get involved we are at the end of the line, unless JEB or PRES. BUSH come to her rescue, right???
That's the problem. Who reads the law any more? I bet we know far more about this case than all these judges put together, save George W. Greer, who has the goods on everyone.

Who has the link to the Florida Law that authorizes DCF to take a disabled person into emergency protective services?
DCF read and knows that law. But I think now that the guardian is the judge isn't it? They are afraid of the judge.
I am so very tired, so tired. I think they know we will all tire.
This current Supreme Court is as corrupt and leftist as all these other federal courts involved in Terri's case.
There was nothing official said. This noninvolvement is just Freeper speculation. Others speculate it will happen in the dead of the night.
It's fixed.
