This just in: Supreme Court Say Citizens Have No Constitutional Right to Life, Liberty or Pursuit of Happiness
I don't know about you, but I expected it...but expected it about 6 pm this afternoon....I am surprised they ruled this early.
yes it is SEND THE NATIONAL WITH DCF.
The WORLD is watching...
~GO NOW, GOV. BUSH~
Pegita, could you link to that post you sent last night from Mitch someone. Sorry I cannot remember but he laid it out that Jeb may be waiting for all other branches to close off....before HE Acts.
I have been bothered by the notion all morning that this whole situation makes me feel exactly like I did when I watched The Passion of the Christ. You knew what was going to happen but you nevertheless hoped that someone would come to their senses and realize what they were doing. This is one of the saddest days I can remember.
John 11:35 Jesus wept.
And so do I, as I continue to pray.

I don't know tutstar....but it sure looks like Greer is the "master of all."
What are those two, joined at the hip?
I heard that the judge who was in favor of the motion to reinsert the feeding tube and open up this travesty for a reevaluation was a George H. Bush appointee and that the two who sided with greer, felos and the sociopath were clinton appointees.
Do you know if this is true?
Anybody on the ground have any information at all that the state will intervene here?
It is the blackest day in our history. The New Holocaust has arrived.
If the Supreme Court refused to take the case again (no surprise), our last hope is the Bushes. Pat Buchanan said BOTH of them have the power to rescue Terri, and Buchanan is a strict constitutionalist. I will repeat previous info here (corrected info):
----> A spark of hope. I could not get through to Governor Jeb Bush's #, so I called 1-850-488-5000 (Governor's Legislative Affairs Office) and said that Governor Bush has to put Terri in protective custody NOW. They said they agreed with me, and are working on it. I told them they better hurry up; this woman is going to die.
Please call the # (1-850-488-5000), AND Governor Jeb Bush, if you can get through, or send a FAX, and tell them to please expedite, a woman is dying. Pro-death Judge Greer ordered police throughout the state not to intervene. Bully!!
We have THREE judicial branches, and they are all equal; they should not let only ONE branch rule.
Here's an e-mail I justed received from RightMarch.com, and if anyone has a fax, that might be an easier way to get through to the Bushes. Fax # listed below. If you can't get through by phone, a fax is better than and e-mail, because papers will pile up.
So here's my info from RightMarch.com:
"This is OUTRAGEOUS. Governor Bush needs to step up to
the plate NOW, and exercise his constitutional and legal
authority NOW, before Terri dies. But he doesn't seem
to be willing to take that chance and do it... so we
thought we should help encourage him.
So once more, we need YOUR help.
We need EVERYONE READING THIS EMAIL to call Governor
Jeb Bush RIGHT AWAY, and ask him to do one simple thing:
"PLEASE EXERCISE YOUR LEGAL AUTHORITY, AND TAKE
TERRI SCHIAVO INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY RIGHT AWAY."
That's all we're asking you to do. Just call Gov. Bush
NOW and beg him to save Terri's life.
TAKE ACTION: PLEASE call Governor Jeb Bush's office NOW
at 850-488-4441 (or fax him at 850-487-0801), asking him
to exercise the executive powers he ALREADY HAS, and take
custody of Terri Schiavo to save her from being starved
to death.
We've already met one-on-one with Gov. Bush's General Counsel
lawyers, showing them point-by-point exactly why the Governor
DOES have those powers right NOW. On Thursday, we're also
bringing in Alan Keyes and Larry Klayman to try to meet with
the Governor and urge him to take Terri into protective
custody. Call Gov. Bush NOW and ask him to USE his legal
powers to save Terri's life. You can also e-mail him at
jeb@myflorida.com .
You can also call his brother, President George W. Bush, at
202-456-1414 (or fax him at 202-456-2461). Leave a message
for him that he AND his brother both have the authority to
use the police services at their disposal to take Terri into
protective custody, restore her food and hydration, and
arrest anyone who would interfere. You can also e-mail him
at president@whitehouse.gov .
For the sake of Terri's life, we CANNOT afford to wait while
the courts bicker over jurisdiction -- and we CANNOT let
little two-bit judges order the Executive branch to not do
their duty."
No justice to be found.
Even the Romans gave Christ a drink of water.
The judicial systems of this country are sticking together against the rest of us. I'm not surprized the SC is saying they wash their hands of the matter.
Guess what, their hands are not clean.
It's up to the Bushes now.
Wait till our relatives want to get their hands on our money, which they consider "their" money if only we would conveniently die.
John 11:35 Jesus wept.
I believe He is again.
