The spiritual advisor of the Schindlers, Bro. O'Donnell, said the Dept. of Children and Families has had a new physician examine Terri and that "he DID go into her room and WAS at her side and DID observe her."
Department of Children and Families, are the department if someone is being physically abused, or the elderly, and "they have the authority" to take her into protective custody.
He continued, "what is being done to her now constitutes" that, and that DCF should "be taking her into protective custody."
Cooper: "Aren't people being taken off feeding tubes all the time?" Brother O'Donnell: "When they're DYING. But she was not dying. She could live another 20, 40 years."
"She's the only person who has been COURT ORDERED to have her tubes removed. Not 'The guardian MAY" but the guardian 'shall' remove her tubes."
CNN checked on the facticity of this last claim, and found that "There is ONLY ONE other case, Nancy Beth Cuzan in which the court ordered the tube MUST be removed."
Dr.Sanjay Gupta says if Terri is in the minimally conscious state, her eyes open spontaneously. She must do one of the following: --follow simple commands (to show she can hear and understand) --give yes or no responses

But the guardians are NOT doctors! They are lawyers.
We were having a discussion about Terri at work yesterday. I made just that point.
That finally shut up one of the participants who had been saying truly awful things... their response was I thought she couldn't eat/drink. I said to my knowledge no one had been allowed to try in years. But that if they really wanted to pull the feeding tube she at least ought to be given the chance to take oral.
THEY WERE SHOVELING OLD FOLKS into the HOSPICE, and letting them STARVE and DEHYDRATE TO DEATH, during which time they collected money for their 'CARE'.
Want something to pursue, pursue that. Felos has filed an appeal to keep it out the the MSM while the TERRI case (his legal precedence case so he can do this to anyone, anyage), is complete and on the books.

And as to PVS, the interrater reliability for diagnosis is so poor as to be worse than most anything I know. I think the disagreement rate is astounding, something like 40%. To use that diagnosis without looking at the person and taking into account what their family and caregivers say is not wise.
I wonder why anyone would assume MS has her best interests at heart and the truth on his side. He abandoned her years ago. And as for the good care she got from him, he didn't provide it. Medicaid did and what pitiful amount she got from her lawsuit. Most of which has gone to lawyers.
Essentially that Terri was not PVS as he understood it and could respond to therapy and improve. A former nurse was on with him, I didn't get her name sorry. He's against Michael.

10 have been arrested today in front of Terri's hospice, 3 children.
A 14 year old girl arrested, but sad "You know what? This is what God would've wanted me to do."

Congressman Moran has been a drunken brawler and wife beater for years. The police were called to his home a few times before she finally just left and divorced him. He was always getting into trouble at Arlington or Alexandria wherever he was in charge before he was in Congress for brawling with anyone he thought he could bully. Jim Moran also got into trouble for beating on a black child at some gig in his district. He is also a notorious Jew hater. He had a child that was very seriously ill and was close to death,and God forbid if anyone would suggest he should give Terri's parents the same benefit that people gave him.

But I do think that since her have all said she is PVS, even the guy who does not believe in ever removing life saving equipment of any kind including feeding tubes, that we can rest assured she is. Unfortunately.
Her parents also admitted under oath they know she's PVS. All her doctors who treated her for the first 3 years and her therapists.

At significant cost to personal credibility. I guess that's why it's surprising. Maybe I shouldn't be, FreeRepublic is a sort of MSM mini-cosmos; some people will look up the raw material and discover the poster is not reliably credible (or is a fraud!), but most readers won't, and some readers will be persauded by the propoganda.
