The Dept of Health and Human Services is asking for over $14 million in MEDICARE FRAUD perpetrated by FELOS and the SUNCOAST HOSPICE for the 150 plus patients they admitted with 'diagnosis' of terminally ill, which when reviewed, were found to be completely wrong.
THEY WERE SHOVELING OLD FOLKS into the HOSPICE, and letting them STARVE and DEHYDRATE TO DEATH, during which time they collected money for their 'CARE'.
Want something to pursue, pursue that. Felos has filed an appeal to keep it out the the MSM while the TERRI case (his legal precedence case so he can do this to anyone, anyage), is complete and on the books.

My comments were: "If this is true (and I don't doubt that it is) why isn't this place shut down? First on the patient brokering charges, and then on the millions owed DHHS... Why hasn't DHHS blocked their assets or whatever other action it could take to recover these millions? "
