ABC News reported on this doctor and it was an eye opener alright.
Peter Jennings and ABC's doctor have a copy of the papers that Jeb Bush is filing today with the "new" evidence that she might not be PVS.
ABC's doctor read from the last page.
The "new" doctor was in the room for 90 minutes, during that time Terri did not exhibit any sounds, no eye movement, no recognition -- nothing.
But he then went on to say something like, "But you get the sense she can."

I keep hearing how Terri's "heart stopped" 15 years ago.
It is becoming more and more clear to me that the people who want Terri dead are the ones whose hearts have stopped.
May they burn in Hell.

15 years of being misdiagnosed? Yeah right ... this reeks of desperation.

Yippee! Did you hear? Terri could live like this for another 20, 40 years! Lucky Terri! With any luck, she'll outlive her parents!

That's a good point.
But I do think that since her 4 guardian ad litems have all said she is PVS, even the guy who does not believe in ever removing life saving equipment of any kind including feeding tubes, that we can rest assured she is. Unfortunately.
Her parents also admitted under oath they know she's PVS. All her doctors who treated her for the first 3 years and her therapists.

during that time Terri did not exhibit any sounds, no eye movement, no recognition -- nothing. She has been starved and dehydrated for 5 days, did ABC expect her to get up and dance?

OK, but how does that change the fact she needs feeding tubes? her husband wants to get rid of her and will on that alone.

Cajungirl,
Thank you, so much for typing faster than I do.

Why didn't someone call the DCF hotline and complain before -- someone called three weeks ago with a complaint. Also heard on our local news that DCF has had a hard time getting any information from that Hospice in the last three weeks but this morning they have enough new information to take custody and if the judge didn't rule in their favor, they would take custody without that judge.

Well they can't expect her to do any of that now, she hasn't eaten or and a drop of hydration for days. It's going to take days to get her back in shape to even test her.
