I am praying that they'll all face murder charges. Nothing wrong with praying for Divine Justice. Why not pray for what you really want? The Lord knows our hearts anyway -- no use sugar-coating it. HE doesn't have to do it if He thinks it is wrong. But He might just agree.
We MUST pray for our enemies. Feed them and give them drink even. Jesus died so our enemies would not HAVE to go to hell just as He did for us.
You don't have a choice in the matter regardless of how you feel about them.

He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
