A state judge issued an emergency order Wednesday to keep the Department of Children & Families from taking any action that would reconnect Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube. George Felos, the attorney for Michael Schiavo, asked Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer to issue the order Wednesday while the judge considers a request from DCF and Gov. Bush to take custody of Terri Schiavo.

Works for me. Our Oklahoma House passed a resolution today supporting Terri and the fight for her life -- maybe they can send her to the Jim Thorpe rehab center we have here in the OKC area that has performed a lot of miracles or what I call them.
People have learned to walk that couldn't walk, talk, be able to button a shirt after being here.
Even our Dem Attorney General came down on the side of life for Terri.

I like it better when you have to run for office even a judge. That means you come up every few years and would have an opponent -- when it is up or down and no one running against you, you get a pass.
Coulter has a law degree. She probably understands the law much more than does Judge Greer.
Nor is she legally blind, like judge Greer is !!! ;-))

Great news -- I didn't know about that; I wonder if any other states have done anything similar?
Another question. Why did it take her attorneys 10 hours to appeal to the 11th Circuit to have the full Circuit hear the case? I think her family has attorneys that are way over the head. According to several Freepers who are attorneys, they made the wrong pleading to the District Judge by going after Judge Greer and then didn't follow the roadmap laid out by the District Judge in their pleading to the 11th.
Why are the family's lawyers so incompetent would be another question I would like answered. Instead of the woman lawyer being on TV shows all the time, maybe they should be out seeking advice from lawyers who practice in Federal Court.
Or, as we say in the patent business, "The generally semisolid postdigestive waste material has been actuated to substantially physically impinge the ambient atmosphere motive means".
