Another question. Why did it take her attorneys 10 hours to appeal to the 11th Circuit to have the full Circuit hear the case? I think her family has attorneys that are way over the head. According to several Freepers who are attorneys, they made the wrong pleading to the District Judge by going after Judge Greer and then didn't follow the roadmap laid out by the District Judge in their pleading to the 11th.
Why are the family's lawyers so incompetent would be another question I would like answered. Instead of the woman lawyer being on TV shows all the time, maybe they should be out seeking advice from lawyers who practice in Federal Court.
Because good lawyers cost good money, and I'm not sure the Schindlers have it. A lot of this may be pro bono. Too bad Jay Secula didn't get involved sooner.
