A state judge issued an emergency order Wednesday to keep the Department of Children & Families from taking any action that would reconnect Terri Schiavos feeding tube. George Felos, the attorney for Michael Schiavo, asked Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer to issue the order Wednesday while the judge considers a request from DCF and Gov. Bush to take custody of Terri Schiavo.

This may explain the delay.
Vermin.
Don't even count on the pine box. I believe Terri is scheduled to be cremated.
Yes it does.
Hitler was not a Christian, he was very anti-Christian, preferring the ancient norse gods.
You're joking, right?
The Fat Republican Senator would be James "Jim" King.

That's his website.
"So the judges up in washington decreed an order, now let us see them come on down to tenn. and enforce it." Andrew Jackson
Where in the world is the courage of our leaders. Who gives a damn what that hideous judge says. He is a windbag and an idiot who is bent and determined to kill. Either Jeb, or W need to intervene and tell that man to go to hell. They need to rescue this girl. The judge has no army, Jeb has the state police (under the attorney general) and the national guard under his direct command. Get to it Bush family before we see another day of this evil sickness festering in our face on public airwaves.
Where are your gonads Bush brothers? How is it that you cannot seem to mount an offense when you possess all the weapons.
What about fla. law against bigamy? Shaivo has a "common law wife." He never divorced the first one. He also is in adultery. What about bringing charges against him and removing him as her guardian.
How is it that we regular Joe's know what to dowhen the leaders fall way short of being able to make the stand that they need to make.
Jeb doesn't do it. DCF does.
Maybe there are some industrious South Georgia/Alabama Freepers that might like to post that quote along some of our nation's interstates headed to Florida?
My comment was a sarcastic remark. Didn't meaan to confuse you.
According to what authority?
Oh, wondered about your reference to Chaucer. thanks. That was great.
The law is about the law and not about Justice.
Okay - I made the request - but since she's still alive - I don't know if they will accept it.
This is what I wrote:
"Since there are so many questions regarding how Terri was injured - or what her actual medical condition was - an autopsy is the only method by which Terri can tell us."
"over Judge Greer's . . . . uh, . . . . gavel?"
no contest for sure . . . unless the executive branch caves to the impotent gavel, thereby imputing it with power that is does not, nor should not, have.
I doubt money is any problem for Terri's care now. If she survives this, donations will pour in.
definetely appeallable and not necessarily to be heard in same county.New judge gets in
"This punk judge needs to be smacked down. He's way too full of himself."
I think Judge Greer is endangering himself to getting waxed by some nut. Remember Paul Hill who was executed in FLA a few years ago for blowing away an abortion doctor and his body guard. This case is worse and there are many kooks out there.
OK...I'm not 100% positive, but the only picture on there that resembled this guy (and keep in mind I watched it over the internet and it wasn't a clear picture) was Senator Steven A. Geller, a Democrat.
E-mail: geller.steven.web@flsenate.gov
He's a demonCRAP so I'm sure he voted against the bill...e-mail him anyway.
"I doubt money is any problem for Terri's care now. If she survives this, donations will pour in."
I think so, too. People all over the world are praying for her now.
