This what I think is happening....
New doctor spent time at Terris bedside....says she's NOT PVS. DCF has asked Greer to unseal the records...so this new doc can evaluate other stuff
Jeb is waiting....waiting....waiting....for the legislature to get it's act together so he can sign a bill by the end of the day
IF all else fails....DCF (?) can take Terri into protective custody
Greer is a Diciple of Darkness, so if he Suddenly Rules for Life, it will be because he was Made to bow the Knee to our Glorious and Powerful King of kings.
