Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
ROFL LOL, Part II!!!
Not that there's anything wrong with that! ROFL! ;-D
Have you seen the new three-dimensional imaging???
I saw a picture of a baby at 12 weeks...incredible.
"Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you." Jeremiah 1:5
Vegetative, the word, refers to basic life urges. Not to vegetables really. For instance vegetative signs of depression are inability to sleep, eat, slowed motor functions.
Greta makes me sick. Uggh!
Yeah, I have seen it! ASTOUNDING and WONDERFUL!
Bookmark for in the morning. Good night, all.
I can't imagine. As I ponder this situation, I think that if Terri was my sister/daughter I'd be tempted to grab an AK-47 and hole up in the room with her. I just can't imagine what they must be going through. That animal Michael Schiavo is going to rot in hell.
That @sshole!
yes, he was Gore's attorney in the recount and he infuriated us. He was hard to take but tonight, he surprised me
night, nanette!
Me too!
I'm just starting to read this thread, and have been out of the house all evening, so here goes with stupid question....Does anyone know when the 11th circuit may come in with a ruling?
Are they done for the day, or could it come at anytime?
True!
I do not support abortion. But there is a difference in development between a baby and a fetus.
And, Felos has a connection to the place where Terri is.......That one Dr. ConXXXX is part of the Hemlock society and advocates euthenasia. Tonight he even stated on H & C that PVS patients have no constitutional rights. Until I saw that posted in print here on FR, I hadn't considered the import of that statement. He's a doctor saying this?
Also, Schiavo's connected to the sherrif somehow. This thing stinks so bad it makes you want to stay 1000 miles from Florida. Better yet, buy a compound or something. Schiavo could end up as YOUR guardian.
I'm going to try to stick around for another ten minutes, then I have to leave, too, or I'll never get up to get to work in the morning. But I probably won't be able to sleep, anyway!
I have repeatedly prayed for the same things:
that Terri's feeding tube would be reconnected,
that her parents receive custody,
that she gets a new wheelchair,
that she begins eating pudding and jello again,
that she can sit in her parents backyard and feel the sun
on her face,
that she begins all the therapies that she needs,
that she gets speech therapy
that she gets all the medical/dental care she needs,
that all the truth about MS and the rest would be revealed,
that one day she can prove to the world and all the death ghouls that have been calling for her death that she's been in there all along,
I pray for all this again right now, Lord. In Jesus precious name.
Many hearts have changed watching this family's pain and anguish. It sure brings the theoretical to the personal real quick ... some are pro and some are con .. and I've been honestly surprised by a LOT of surprises. This issue does cross party lines, in many cases.
PRAYERS FOR TERRI AND HER FAMILY
The nets all said "any moment" but none of them have live shows on anymore. It's not looking very good.
I heard that Schiavo's lawyer sent a paper to the court asking that if they decide to restart Terri's feeding tube, that they give him 8 hours to rebut their decision--
Has anyone here heard that?
