Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
That is true...remember when DCF first got involved, and felos was chomping at the bit and lamenting the fact that DCF wouldn't tell him if they were going to take Terri into protective custody.
He acted like a kid whose mom told him he couldn't go out and play.
That is true, they aren't going to tell anyone anything and when they do it, it will be fast and no one will be warned, not even the Hospice! I think they can still go and get her before all these hearings and I hope they will. I still have hope I will wake up tomorrow morning and there will be a FOXNews Alert saying that DCFS took Terri into custody in the middle of the night!

That poster wasn't a Freeper. That pic was horrid. I'm not accountable, just as you aren't, for others posts. Truthfully, you can't have this many adults with such a hot topic and not expect clashes. Not everyone can control their temper. When I'm tired and not at my best, I keep my fingers off of my keyboard now.
I am praying for you Terri as well as your loving parents and sister. I also pray that Jeb Bush intervenes and lets you eat and live.
I suspect it's technically possible, but he would have to issue an order for it to happen, and it might be hard to hide...

One of his legal people answered and she sounded VERY busy saying that they are absolutely working on it right now and my phone call was interrupting (she said it nicely).
She said this after I expressed my worry about Greers noon decision tomorrow and that Terri might not live through the night.
She said that she is taking my comments to heart, but they are reallly working on it. She had a tremendous sense of urgency in her voice. //
thanks for posting that info. I am hoping and praying to wake up to better news tomorrow. God, please keep her safe now -- give her comfort, strength to her body and mind and soul; frustrate the efforts of the evil ones against Your little one. do not let them lift another finger against her, no final assaults on her body, no attempts to frustrate efforts for good. Please encourage and strengthen those stepping out in faith for good for Terri. We pray this will be done, and quickly . . . be with the hands of those who will minister to Terri to bring her back strong again.

The only violence I've witnessed so far in this drama is MS starving to death an innocent woman.

My guess would be that DCF would act around 10 o'clock tonight ... after visiting hours and before the facility is really settled in for the night ... maybe a bit earlier. Next best guess would be around midnight, when the Vigilers have gone and the facility is sound asleep.

I'm glad the AP is broadcasting those photos of the kids to the country. Maybe the country will get off their behind and see the truth. They are probably being shown all over Europe.
Do people realize that a woman who survied the CONCENTRATION CAMPS was arrested today for trying to get water to Terri!!!!!! If that doesn't wake people up the Hitler movement in FLORIDA, I quite frankly don't know what will.

That is a good question, but I doubt it. Terri's husband would have to ask the court for permission to move Terri and DCFS would have to be notified because they have an ongoing invesitgation going on and if Greer tried to hide Terri I think Greer would be held in contempt if he did not tell them where she was. So, no I don't think Greer is going to move terri secretly!
