Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
I'm pretty sure that nurse was implying that MS had been injecting her before her collapse. That was my take.
who are your sources,,I hope they are not going to do a cursory exam and leave.
My hope is all but gone, I think this will take a post mortum exam to bring all to light. And I want to see MS deposed. I do believe MS's nice life is over, he will never be able to hide from this, like OJ.
The DCF rep might be there to gauge just how long they have in order to act.
Sinkspur is ok. I don't know where he stands but he is a decent person and he well respected. OK?
And DCF better act quickly. Time is running out.
Of course not but they had to give him the chance. Then they have that cover that protective custody was a last resort.
Never thought I'd have some respect for Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, but I do now.
Sounds like Greer double dog dared the DCF and now the DCF is going to skip the triple dare and go right for the coup de grace and TRIPLE DOG dare Greer.
(I love "Christmas Story")
Probably won't happen because MS intends to have her cremated immediately upon her death and the Judge approved.
We know. That doesn't mean we have to agree with him though:')
Judge Greer comes across as someone obsessed, a real psycho, in his frenzy to have Terri not just killed but to die a torturous death. Seems something more than just corruption is involved.
opps, I should have had your name on that post to Pepper 777. I told her that you are a decent person and well respected.
I can tell. Just hope you don't shoot your eye out...:-)
There won't be one. MS has already said she will be cremated upon death.
Could be the reason she is being starved to death...so they won't have to do an autopsy ("she died of natural causes due to medical authorized starvation")
I wish there were some way this could have been dealt with legally, six months ago.
But, as has been said by the President, we are a nation of laws, and everything that could legally be done has been done.

I think what is unbelievable is what is going on.
And I think some things are false. Teri's fertility doc was sued. No proof of bulemia. MS was seeing a psychiatrist at the time of her collapse, he was on several medications.
Ii don't know that anyone has seen the records of the malpractice settlement, usually they seal those up and everyone agrees not to talk. I wish that doc would come forward. The whole idea about bulemia came about because of the low K which may have been legit or a lab error.
Yeah, you understand perfectly!
FDLE Agency Implicates McCabe in Halting Schiavo Probe; New Evidence, Subpoena Could Save Terri
Terri Schiavos life could be saved by a piece of paper.
A simple subpoena.
When a top ranking agent of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) opened a criminal investigation in the case of Terri Schindler-Schiavo, he was called into his supervisors office and told to shut down the investigation not once, but twice.
The Empire Journal has learned from reliable, knowledgeable sources who spoke on condition of anonymity that this FDLE agent and another agent have given notice that if they are served with subpoenas ordering them to give the information known to them regarding alleged corruption and collusion in the case that they will tell a court about the order stifling their investigation and the alleged involvement of the alleged obstruction of justice by Bernie McCabe, state attorney for Pinellas and Pasco County. Sinkspur.. if you read my entire post, I gave you a chance to define your position on Terri. Since then I have clicked on our name and realize you have been here on this site for years.
I'm a nobody around here. However, I do know lots of the facts and have no interest in debating them with you or anyone else at this point. I'm sure your buddies here will do that.
I didn't say anything to offend you and if you'll re-read my post, you'll see that. I doubt I will stay here after Terri is safe. I'm here only for the reason of discussing her.
That being said, you didn't state your stand on Terri's fight for life, did you??
