Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Originally, I didn't they had to go to Greer - I think it's a motion for DCF to take custody.

I can't believe that all these judges individually refused to give a cup of water to Terri. That's what it boils down to.

Not good, The 11th denied without comment again. Fla Senate voted down 2128. Terri took a turn for the worse. DCF before Judge Greer with new evidence from a doctor from the Mayo clinic saying Terri NOT PVS. DCF named law statute that gives them the power to put her in protective custody.

Who physically would remove Terri from the hospice? Isn't it law enforcement?

He can't do that if the state intervenes as they have the legal right to do so!

He can't ensure that the law is definitely on his side before acting?

The world is watching. If we can not protect one woman from starvation from our own than what right to we have to protect people from tyrants and dictators?

Exactly, what right do we, the Merciful US, have to intervene in other country's with any kind of relief from starvation with food or water. What does that say for us ... Well, In biblical terms it suggests to me that we will travel the world to feed and save to convert one toward democracy in order to make him twice the son of hell that we are.

Greer already refused to give DCF time to investigate. Why should he give them any time now? New allegations? So what?

I was CPS and didn't need anything other than a gut feeling and a supervisor's approval over the phone. DCF could have stepped in the very hour it was presented to them. They don't need an investigation first. You FIRST pick up the suspected victim and put them in a safe place and THEN proceed with the investigation. To hell with what a judge says; DCF trumps Greer. I've been hollering for DCF for how many years now.
