Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Yoou know, it bothers me that every naysayer in the media brings up the fact of MS having an affair and two children, yes that is true, but the most BLARING STATEMENT that should be told OFTEN is the seldom-mentioned fact that he NEVER claimed Terri said she didn't wish to be hooked up to tubes until AFTER 5 YEARS, AND THE MILLLION$$$$$$$ SEttlement.

The way that the "de novo" thingy was explained on TV the other night led me to believe that the case was to start from SCRATCH---new testimony, new evidence, new everything, which would take a long time, not just 14-15 hours or so....

Well there is no time limit, but it would take longer than the 1-2 hour time it took the Whittemore court...a true de novo was not done in this case

What's being argued right now is the emergency injunction that would require the tube be re-inserted, not the whole case.
