Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Only a massive active showing of the people at the hospice can save Terri.
The politicians and the parties cannot be trusted. They've been lulling and stalling us until it was too late. Today may already be too late as hours and not days are of the essence now. So, stop seeking a political solution to a human issue. You can't solve a problem with the same minds that created the problem in the first place.
There are times when action must be let loose from its bounds. This is one of those times.
God bless Terri and her loving parents and siblings. And God bless those who fought to save her life.

New doctor spent time at Terris bedside....says she's NOT PVS. DCF has asked Greer to unseal the records...so this new doc can evaluate other stuff
Jeb is waiting....waiting....waiting....for the legislature to get it's act together so he can sign a bill by the end of the day
IF all else fails....DCF (?) can take Terri into protective custody

I agree with you. If an unjust Judge can stop the DCF, then we are all in trouble.
Sekulow just said the DCF has the authority.
You know what I was thinking on the way into work this morning? The liberals keep using these catchy little slogans, like 'dream it and you can be it,' 'there's no one in the world quite like you,' etc....but when you no longer fit their definition of what consitutes a human being, you are no longer quite so unique, you're just something to throw out with the trash. This all started with abortion, I'm convinced. Culture of death.

I suspect that Greer saying "no" is not in HIS best interests. Up to now he's relied on this situation being below the radar and under control of the court system's "procedure." If Jeb goes in front of him with "new evidence that has come to light" he ignores it at his own peril. That's the thing about these death-cult cretins... they operate on their own "values" only so long as it doesn't affect them personally. If he's looking at some sort of malfeasance over his stand on this, he'll back down or be prosecuted for not doing so.
He's not been Mr Brainiac so far but it could happen. Even some fools can eventually see the writing on the wall. If God's giving him an out, he'd be wise to take it.
