Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
Yea, instead of saying Terri is being starved...they say she is processing

Terri has been misdiagnosed. She is minimally conscious.
He will take protective custody of Terri.. Medical records have been released for review.. New Evidence has come to light..
I feel that the bill will be killed. Too many senators are opposed to it.
Jeb may "sign law by the end of the day."

Did you just hear that the DCFS said that they are authorized by law to take Terri into protective custody.
WHAT ARE THEY WAITING FOR!!! ACTUALLY SAVE A LIFE FOR A CHANGE!
He did not say he WILL take protective custody, he said (through legal counsel) DCF could legally take custody, but when asked if He could do it, it wasn't up to him.
Jeb's legal counsel says that DCF could take protective custody right now..
then why aren't they??? We'll take ANYTHING at this point!!!
This next fellow is PRO Terri: He's hot under the collar. Says his side is being misrepresented. Does not believe voting FOR this bill is going to be the ruin of this nation. We're ruining ourselves in a lot of other ways. We've offended God in a lot more ways. I don't care what your religious affiliation is: your god will not be offended if you vote for this bill. Criticism: if God had wanted Terri to live He would have healed her. Taking that comment: then let's stop giving our kids innoculations, stop having surgeries and medical treatments, etc. (He has a good point.)
Praying this is the answer.

But it sounds like Jeb is hesitant. He may have the authority, but does he have the will?
