Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
I'm not in law school yet, I am starting that next year,,,not exactly sure where yet...right now I am working on my BS in law at University of Maryland and then may apply to their Law school next year...
Why didn't CONGRESS LISTEN TO US WHEN WE TOLD THEM TO INVESTIGATE?

They didn't have relevant statute and case law argued before them, but in their disdain for a victim who has previously been underrepresented, these Nazi black robes are restating their support for the 'system' - much as the staff in Jeb Bush's office wrote to you.
You may recall his office sent you a note a couple of years back, telling of the governor's respect for the 'system' created by Florida's elected representatives in dealing with questions obliquely pleaded by Terri's then legal counsel
Disregarding politics:
The ramifications of taking custody of ANY person in such a tightly controlled hostile environment would have to be thoughtfully considered. Accepting that responsibility for someone in compromised physical condition seems foolhardy.

No one has listened. DCF has received abuse reports for years and did nothing. AHCA has received reports of misconduct and did nothing. Dept of Health received reports of abuse and did nothing. Bernie McCabe recieved reports of foul play and did nothing. FDLE received reports of state law violations and did nothing. The governor was told he could provide protection under FS 415 and did nothing.
Am I leaving anyone out?

This is now the critical question, as I predicted it would be weeks ago.
Will the Executive act as a co-equal branch of government it was meant to be?
Or will someone we have loved and supported, Governor Jeb Bush, bow (as so many of our elected officials do today), at the altar of the false god of 'Judicial Supremacy'?
It would seem that other than the Legislative solution we are still hoping and praying and working for, this is our ony earthly hope for saving Terri.

No autopsy can be done either. The "judge" also allowed Terri's therapy be money to go to Felo's for his legal fees so he can kill her. (I'd like to see Sean, or someone show his comments at the malpractice suit about "caring for her for the rest of his life. " then put up that chart of how much of Terri's money went to Felo's.
MS bought a house and new cars, supports his hussy and the 2 kids he has with her- the judge allows him to have Terri declared indigent and her expenses paid by medicaide?
The whole time he lives in his new house in open adultrey, while his euthanasia acticvisr lawyer pockets Terri's award money for therapy (that he got after he swore he wanted to take care of Terri for "the rest of his life"Nothing to see here-move along.............
The more I think about that Felos the other night on was it LK? and how he just calmly said "Terri's become indigent" (or something like that) and LK just let it pass.
If we had any real reporters they would have jumped in, had the chart ready, and confronted him with the question " and isn't Terri indigent because a large sum or Terri's money in your pocket George? It seems obvious what's happenings if poop would open their eyes.
Dear Lord be near to Terri and her family as they endure this trial. Comfort and strengthen them . If it be Your Will Lord, free Terry from the snares that have been set for her. Cause the plans of those who strive to take her life, let no harm come to her, bring the deeds of those who have plotted against her to Your light that all may see their true natures. and return her to the loving care of her parents. I feel so powerless to help her and I can only imagine how horrible for very own family is feeling, THEIR FLESH AND BLOOD and they cannot help her...but JESUS YOU CAN and we believe you will!

You left out Attorney General Charlie Crist whose staffer said to a caller that "they didn't handle cases for individuals." How big of a lie was that? They do it all the time but not if it's Terri.
So far, and his highness answers to no-one. All hail our new ruler ...
