A panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals said in a 2-1 ruling that the parents "failed to demonstrate a substantial case on the merits of any of their claims."

They didn't have relevant statute and case law argued before them, but in their disdain for a victim who has previously been underrepresented, these Nazi black robes are restating their support for the 'system' - much as the staff in Jeb Bush's office wrote to you.

You may recall his office sent you a note a couple of years back, telling of the governor's respect for the 'system' created by Florida's elected representatives in dealing with questions obliquely pleaded by Terri's then legal counsel

You're right. And I seem to recall sending an e-mail stating that Jeb should be taken to the woodshed, and that mama would be ticked.

I still mean it.

The absolute ONLY good that could POSSIBLY come from this would be the new awareness of the rampant judicial activism.
