Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

This is my vision of a wonderful miracle...that despite the lack of food, the Lord starts to strengthen her and even though she hasn't eaten or drank, she keeps living and remains stable....that she doesn't die....and they all wonder why....HANG ON TERRI

Can you imagine what would happen if Jeb Bush just went down ther and took over, even to the point of getting arrested. That might bring the people out in force.

There was rioting over the Rodney King verdict, yet most of the country is willing to just sit by and watch this happen.

CNN is covering it live through their London Bureau. They seem more interested in our own country than we are. Nowhere else is there live coverage.

David Boies for Terri, he believed the tube would be ordered to be reinserted. I never saw any ambulances at the ready to take Terri to a hospital. Maybe the cops KNEW AHEAD OF TIME HOW THE 11TH CRACKHEADS WERE GOING TO RU LE.

We have democrats at the Vigil. This crosses party lines, religious, ethnic, goths, young, old, disabled, many states are represented. There were even materials there from the Dali Llama today with candles.

I tell you, the tide is turning in public opinion, very quickly.

Her story is all over the cable networks now, and they are constantly showing video clips of Terri smiling, looking at her mother, and all those things we've seen from her that scream "I'm NOT in a coma!".

I am hoping for the President at this point to stand up and lead this country back from the precipice of death, and liberate Terri from her tormentors.

Tonight's "opinion", another turgid piece of legalistic mumbo-jumbo,
shows our courts once again holding the people of the United States in contempt.

The courts are playing legal games and running around in circles in the effort to stifle the will of the Congress, until Terri dies and the whole matter is moot.

The President must intervene to enforce the Law that Congress passed on Monday. The Courts have shown they couldn't care less about granting Terri the "de novo" review the Act called for. Whittemore basically ignored his duty under this Act to grant federal review and injunctive relief.
Instead, he unfairly put the burden back on Gibbs.

THAT'S NOT WHAT THE LAW INTENDED. THAT'S NOT WHY CONGRESS STAYED UP UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT!

They keep telling themselves 'who would want to live like that' and it keeps them from becomming enraged. There is no sympathy for disabled people like Terri. Hence the apathy.
