Where do you think her saliva goes? Down her chin?

No, DJ, she swallows it.

Just look at this picture with all these police officers taking this woman away to jail for trying to bring water to a dying, innocent woman. Then remember the picture of the rapist being escorted to court by ONE deputy in Georgia and the aftermath of that. SIGH

I can't understand why people make it so complex. She left no written directive. Therefore, we keep her alive.

For how long? This has been going on for 15 years or so, right?

I really should have stayed off of these threads. I'm going to go back to something non-controversial, like the crevo threads....

What's the world coming to. The Leftists finally have a common cause with us. She is one of the anti-war protesters who regulary get arrested (along with her husband) for various stunts. This one she should be proud of.

I can't believe I'm rooting for a peacenik. Strange times.I'm going to shake her hand next Saturday at the Post Office. BTW, read her shirt!!

By the way, you might want to take your own advice . . . lighten up and live a little.

Terry can swallow. She's been swallowing her own saliva (about a quart of liquid a day) for the past 15 years. She is NOT being suctioned. Think about it.

My God, I am now brought to tears. This did it. A kind woman performing a humanitarian act of mercy, and the effing GOVERNMENT ARRESTS HER.

I wish I was in FL. Anyone not getting arrested should have a very good reason why.

Oh, for God's sake, Terri can swallow. Otherwise, she'd be covered in drool.

I don't think the poor thugs in the SS should be catching any flack for shoving Jews in ovens. They didn't make the orders, they didn't interpret the orders, they were just there to enforce it.

Everyone in the process enjoys the diffusion of responsibility. And they are thanking their lucky stars for it.

No one is putting her to death - it's the nameless, faceless, lifeless system that's doing it - that's the logic they use to sleep at night.

The deputies are just following orders.

The judge is just offering his interpretation of laws he didn't write.

The legislature wrote the laws but doesn't apply them to specific circumstances.

The Governor doesn't have the authority.

People other than this lady don't want to, or won't risk what they have to forceably do something...but complaining is easy.

I can recognize the courage of this lady to do things others won't. (myself included.)

THis lady has two disabled daughters. She was planning to bring them to stand vigil. I am sure she has arranged for them. She knew she was going to jail.

Where are the priests and bishops?

God bless Arianna. It's the first I've heard of her hunger strike. Imagine the MSM denying us this story? I've lost my appetite but I haven't lost my faith in the power of God.

1 Corinthians 2

1When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence or superior wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God.[a] 2For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. 3I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling. 4My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, 5so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's power.

Just logical common sense to me.

Can't believe no one else thought of it, too.

I refuse to condemn these cops doing their job.

True. All they'd get for doing the right thing is fired. The problem is bigger than the officers on the street.

"I hope there is karma and Michael pays every day of his miserable life for this."

Do you ever watch "Cold Case Files" or other detective shows like that?

All I keep thinking is that we're witnessing history and we'll be hearing about Michael Schaivo in the future on one of these shows. There are plenty of "Black Widows/Widowers" out there that pull off these stunts and get away with it through a few spouses and boy/girlfriends.

OK. Now I just sound like a nutcase myself, LOL! I just feel so bad for Terri and her REAL family. (Mom, Dad, siblings, etc.)
