Well, that is good news, but how long will it take for it to be heard or a decision to take place?

11th circuit. Atlanta.
Unless I'm mistaken, this is fairly conservative court.

I was a nervous wreck last night and I am even more so now. What the heck is wrong with these judges???? I am sick to my stomach over this!

Is the 11th Circuit expected to rule to kill Terri?
I hope they don'u drag their feet like the clinton judge did.
To: sonsofliberty2000
Okay, so if the 11th Circuit hears it, all they will do is kick it back down to Judge Wittless in Tampa and tell him "Listen to the case." Is that right? Or can the judges in Atlanta hear the case?

Filed to the 11th Circuit Court in Atlanta, GA
Anyone know which judge?
To: sonsofliberty2000
There is little evidence that this case brought by her parents will go anywhere.
To: Victor
Good. Does that mean when they affirm the trial judge, Freepers will come to grips with this story?
To: Victor
I have no faith in the Judicial system. But it's been known since the judge was selected her only hope of reprieve would be the 11 court ruling in her favor, or 3 Florida State Senators switching sides.
That is why it is sick this Clinton appointed judge deliberately delayed 24 hours when everyone knew how he'd rule.
To: areafiftyone
This is way worse than the election. I am glad it is out of Florida. I am sorry, but what a cesspool pit of hell that State is.

It's not what's wrong with the judges, areafiftyone, they would ask, "What's wrong with you, not being on board the euthanasia train, pulling out of Pinellas Park, FL?" The American people, by polls, support the Democrat minority in Congress on killing poor Terri.

I am beginning to think it is a cesspool. I can't believe a judge can sentence a person who has committed no crime who is innocent and needs loving care to die like that? God forgive me for saying this, but I hope he rots in hell with that other judge!

But isn't affirming the trial judge the same thing as declaring the law of March 21 unconstitutional? Can Congress impeach Whitemoore for failure to provide the new trial?
