There is little evidence that this case brought by her parents will go anywhere.
Annie, that appears to be my understanding as well, unfortunately.
As I understand, the lower Court was considered the "finder-of-fact" in the case. Apparently, the review of subsequent Courts (re: Judge Whittemore yesterday) is to rule on whether or not the lower court erred in a way that is substantive enough to overturn.
I, too, have had a broken heart for this young woman, because I do believe her life is being taken against her will.
