I must confess, the many recent court-related problems across the country can only be dealt with by Congress approving the appointments.

We all need to do what we can to encourage sanity in the judicial system.

FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T GET TO D.C. --

We will need talk radio support and friendly legislator support to maximize our impact. I've been in touch with Kristinn, picked his brain and will soon have a Local Activism download "toolkit" for people who cannot get to D.C. to use in your community. I'll post info on that download in the next 2 days.

Anybody having suggestions for this "toolkit" please feel free to FReepmail me ASAP. Thanks.

If you are tired of activist judges ignoring the constitution, considering "international law" in their deliberations, overruling the will of the people, walking all over the states and other branches, etc., then you should join us in DC on April 7 to run the bastards out on a rail! (figuratively speaking)

BTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!

March for Justice April 7th

"Judicial tyranny must end! The filibuster must be broken! The full Senate must have an up or down vote on the president's judicial nominees! We must not allow the Democrat obstructionists the privilege of controlling the confirmation process!

...

We will be marching on Washington on April 7th to send a message to all three branches of government. We hope to have delegations from every state of the union present to meet their respective senators and hand deliver our letters, demands and petitions of grievance."

* * * * *

Remember the movie Mr. Smith Goes To Washington? Here's an opportunity to have your voice heard. Your attendance and the attendance of your fellow community members will help deliver the above urgent message
to Washington, DC April 7th, 2005.

"So far we have FReeper delegates committed from the great states of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. We need delegates from every state of the union!"

What...no NooYawkers?! No South Carolinians? No FReepers from Kentucky? Or Kansas? Or West Virginia? Come on FReepers, let's make a ruckus!!

Back when I was first lurking at FR.com, I learned about the March for Justice I, but since I was sorta busy at the time and didn't know any FReepers personally, I allowed the MFJ to sneak up on me and ultimately I missed that great event. I've been kicking myself ever since...what couldda been so important that I missed being part of the contingent of ordinary Americans who shamed Congress into impeaching Slick Willie? I won't make the same mistake again and will definitely be attending MFJ II...and I hope the good FReepers and Lurkers who frequent this Forum will learn from my short-sightedness and make every effort to make it to DeeCee to participate in this worthy endeavor!!
