I heard that there are, but they are in a higher Federal Court in Atlanta. It could go there if this judge does not do the correct thing. But the time involved is utterly without excuse!

I think the chances of us winning here are slim. I can almost cry at this. It's so awful...that our courts arej ust wanting to starve this woman.

Yep that is his name, Steve King
He obviously means brief filings, perhaps a history of the case, who knows, but he has to mean a lot more than the two page bill. No matter what he means, it is unconscionable and against legal precedent to let the subject of the case suffer damage and or die while you consider the matter.

Terri is basically being tortured by that HINO's actions, and a Judge is sitting on his behind and probably drinking juice and coffee. Good grief.
There are trolls spamming the impeach Greer petition and it is backfiring on them. They are making people more determined to help Terri by their immature childish discriminatory remarks about the disabled.
What do we know about Jodi?
That she has had property under a different name, Jodi Ann Blough, presumably because she was married earlier. She may have had that marriage annulled, but I can't tell that for sure.
We also know that she has or had an insurance business together with Michael that used the home as the business address.
Probably got 80,000 pages, single spaced, from Michael.
The judge is a Clinton appointee. And he apparently doesn't care that Terri is being starved to death. He wants to read everything before he decides. This is not good. I fear for the republic. Lord have mercy on us all. And may the Good Lord comfort and care for Terri - In Jesus Christ's Name. Amen.

I absolutely could not bear watching FOX News last night about Terri so I turned to CNN - NEVER THOUGHT THAT WOULD HAPPEN - and found that CNN was doing a better job of being FAIR AND BALANCED!
This morning, I'm afraid to turn on the TV at all. What a frightening tube!
Time to impeach this sadistic judge!

If this effort fails, I just don't what will happen to our country. The world will have reason to think we are barbaric ghouls.
