Who should decide on Terri? The Feds, or Family?
I almost called them and answered FAMILY!!!!
But then went back to re-read the question... By FAMILY. THEY MEAN MICHAEL!!!! NOT her father, mother sister brother!!!!

They do not have access to a Federal court unless the case is on it's face a Federal issue or there is statutory support for treating it federally, as in Habeas Corpus for deathrow inmates. I know Gibbs tried to bring a case in a FL Federal District court before, and was turned away by a judge named Moody. Same court Whittmore is on I believe. Moody claimed there was no federal jurisdiction in this case that originated in a FL court, namely Greer's, of course.
This better go in her favor, I just heard more allegations from a Republican Rep (I am sorry, so tired I forgot his name already..Stevens??) who said a few min on Fox that they asked Michael Schiavo if there was an insurance policy on Terri and he refuses to answer the question. They said out of more than 2 million bucks that was supposed to go to Terri's care, she only saw about
$150-$200,000--the rest went to Michael and his attornies.
I agree, except for one thing. Michael Schiavo is such a goulish creep, he might not be capable of a tone change, no matter his meaning. Seriously, he is like an evil robot from Mars...

My worry is that HINO might inject Terry with who knows what...
or maybe even suffocate her with a pillow. Only takes 2 minutes !!!
I am going to crash now. My typing is getting poor because I am so tired.
Scoop all you have to do is freep mail me your addy and when I wake up later in the day I will mail it out to you.
Arthur if Scoop does not want it, then I will mail it to you so you can see and hear how he says it. (his wording is very clear...)
CNN will most likely correct the transcript.
Anyone else getting concerned that its been 5 hours since Bush signed the bill and nothing's happened? I'm sensing that nothing will be done with the tube and the higher courts will indeed reject it. I just think this legislation, while the last best hope, was not going to work because of the liberal hacks that run the courts. It's very sad.
The news announced that the federal judge is a Bill Clinton appointee. The judge told David Gibbs early this morning that he could "rule in minutes or rule in hours." This judge be very difficult
CNN already advertising that HINO will be back on Larry King Live tonight.
They have the jurisdiction now because of the new bill and they have a federal question with a civil rights issue
FOX NEWS has been horrible.
For the past several days, they have been very biased towards that stinking husband. I have written to Fox complaining about their coverage.
The poll was a trick poll. What jerks.
Talk about an example of biased poll. wow.
For the most part, the MSM is supporting KILLING TERRI.
I dispise them.
I admire all you who stayed up through the night. I don't have the stamina.
Floridians must work to removed food and hydration as medical procedure. Sen Jim King is going to be a bulldog on this but it has to be done.

He told her that immediately after Bush signed the bill. He also said he told her she would soon be going for a little ride back to the hospital, to get the feeding tube back, then get some nourishment. According to FV, attorney Gibbs saw Terri and told her that, too. That was many hours ago. Hasn't happened. The Federal judge said he would have to read everything in front of him before deciding anything, including her rehydration. Meanwhile, she lies there without.
I'm convienced the husband caused the original injuries and now the MEDIA and the courts are helping him to KILL her.
It's behind horrible.
Please do send it. Although, my computer has trouble with a lot of sound files. So maybe both of us. FReegards....

IF she dies while we're all waiting for him to read, it'll be judicial tyranny at its worst----where'd this judge come from---thought there were judges all lined up who said they would sign the order
David Gibbs III, attorney for the Schindler family, holds up a lawsuit as he waits to enter the United States Courthouse early Monday morning, March 21, 2005 in Tampa, Fla.

Its ONLY a two-page bill. I am willing to spring for a speed-reading course for that JUDGE!!!!
