Wolfson's report is based on court files, depositions, medical records and interviews with everyone involved.
That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:
Did Michael try to kill Terri?
Wolfson laughs. "No!"
-----
Wolfson's report states that in the four years after her collapse, Michael "had insistently held to the premise that Theresa could recover and the evidence is incontrovertible that he gave his heart and soul to her treatment and care . . . In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."
Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

So, you think that they sat around and thought it up in order to torture Terri?
She must have problems with her fluid pressures. I noted in a video that her eyes appeared distorted at the retinas. They were protruding.
Doesn't this just kill you? Obviously some believe if you repeat something enough times, it's true; the sister was on Fox tonight "alluding" to all kinds of "rumored" stuff out there.
But, as somebody pointed out up the thread, during the malpractice suit, if there was a HINT of Schaivo doing anything to her, you can bet YOUR HOUSE that the defendants would have trotted it out for all the world to see.
You really read all 900+ pages! You're probably the only person here that is qualified to speak! (I'm glad I'm in agreeement with you, or else I'd be PRETTY embarrassed.) We'll wait for all the apologies to start rolling in.
She's good !!!
And many of us here thank you...
Makes sense. I was told that by the MRI technician to be sure I get an "MRI compatible" cochlear implant if in the event that day comes, otherwise, I will not be able to get a subsequent MRI in the future.
Boy, the "stories" are hard to keep up with, aren't they? ;-)
This is akin to a defense attorney saying that police tampered with the evidence because they have no other defense.
Damn! I'm impressed! :)
Well, well; doesn't that work out for them?
I hadn't thought of it that way.
Oops. The first (maybe second?) sentence of that post says that it's from another freeper who freepmailed me and wishes at this time to remain nameless.
I have gone back and can not find where I made any statement saying the Schindlers were after the money. Perhaps you meant another poster?
Or the Mendez brothers claiming to be orphans.
I made that statement.
Exactly.
A million dollars goes a long way. Unfortunately, Terri doesn't control the money the jury awarded.
There was no mix-up on my part.
Yes. I have attended Catholic services occasionally, so I am aware of that.
But what does that have to do with this discussion?
