That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:

Wolfson's report states that in the four years after her collapse, Michael "had insistently held to the premise that Theresa could recover and the evidence is incontrovertible that he gave his heart and soul to her treatment and care . . . In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."
Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

From your post. If you haven't noticed, the Schindler's have been suing people left and right (except themselves and their lawyers), and in each instance, it's been about money.

Her condition and the cause was adduced by various experts who examined her and offered a diognosis. This was entered into the various court records and while perhaps not absolute proof, sufficient enough for the legal system to act on it. The insurance company and doctors against whom the husband brought a suit apparently accepted the diognosis as they decided to settle and argue the facts no more.

I understand, and yes it's only speculation as I pointed out. But to add to that speculation, I have to wonder what motive Mr. Schiavo had by remaining married to Terri despite living with another women and having children by her? Seems disrespectful to their marriage and it couldn't be because Terri had no one to oversee her health care and finances since the parents were more than willing. But yes, without a living will it becomes hearsay.
And when was that? Because the records indicate that her "wish" was implied from an off-hand comment she made while watching a movie. And that was hearsay by Michael. By default hearsay is inadmissible as evidence, therefore to be accepted it must list the exception that allows it to be admitted. "Because it sounds good" is not one of them.

Right, because it was a CARDIAC ARREST. Meaning her heart stopped. Some people have incorrectly said "heart attack", which is different than cardiac arrest. So what? Her heart stopped because of an electrolyte imbalance, most noticably a potassium level of 2.
I believe this was due to the fact the parents were the ones closely supervising her care! Leave to a liberal rag to paint the murdering hubby into a Champion!
Then all those postings about her not being taken care of properly are false?
One of the doctors was exonerated, the rest were not. The charges applied, that is why the Jury awarded the money.

Right CARDIAC ARREST and HEART ATTACK are two different things.
Accepted. I am not Catholic, so I defer to someone who does know.
Another poster was referring to it as LAST RITES, and I assumed that was correct, as they have disconnected her tube and expect her to die. Made sense to me. Since communion is something that (I assume) is not given just before death ritually, it seemed LAST RITES would have been the proper term. I stand corrected.
