But, as somebody pointed out up the thread, during the malpractice suit, if there was a HINT of Schaivo doing anything to her, you can bet YOUR HOUSE that the defendants would have trotted it out for all the world to see.
This is akin to a defense attorney saying that police tampered with the evidence because they have no other defense.
