A mentally disabled woman whose court ordered starvation-execution began Friday attempted to contradict her estranged husband's claim that she wants to die hours before her feeding tube was disconnected, an eyewitness is claiming.
Barbara Weller, an attorney for Terri Schiavo's parents, told reporters Friday afternoon that during her visit earlier in the day she told Ms. Schiavo:
"Terri, if you would just say, 'I want to live,' - all of this will be over."
According to pro-life activist Randall Terry, who recounted the scene to radio host Sean Hannity, Schiavo tried desperately to repeat Weller's words.
"'I waaaaannt . . .' Schiavo allegedly said, in a prolonged yell that had police stationed nearby running into her hospice room.
"She just started yelling, 'I waaaannt, I waaaannt,'" Terry said, according to Weller's account.
At that point police ejected Weller, he said.
Can you ping this out Lexinom?
MeekOneGOP.. please ping this out.
I don't have my ping list.
CALL THE WHITE HOUSE SWITCHBOARD:
Switchboard: 202-456-1414 -- live person
Call and find out when they are going to send in the federal marshals to rescue Terri Schiavo (a congressional witness) who is being right now being subjected to the threat of death.
Ask that the President also get Atty. General Gonzales involved.
Spread this. Post to your locales if you are from another state. Please do this! Post it to others who aren't on freep as well.
That's my point. If Michael were an honest person, his girlfriend's behavior would be strange. If he's a liar and she knows it (but knows how to keep a 'safety envelope' with someone she trusts that Michael doesn't know about) her behavior makes perfect sense. Indeed, it wouldn't be implausible that she's a significant driving force behind all this.
NO!!! The morphine bit was unsubstantiated. It was my fault for posting it without backing it up. It may or may not be true. Viva Christo Rey has been banned.
???
I didn't know Mrs. Schiavo, unlike so many personal friends of hers here who call her "Terri"... so I can't say whether she would prefer a lethal injection.
For myself, I would. I think that it's cruel that the state requires such a barbaric way to go. But maybe that's what fits more with Mrs. Schiavo philosophical alignment.
You seem to think that a person cannot go on with life and still care about someone. By your reasoning, why would a widower still care about his dead wife's grave being desecrated if he remarries and has children.
You have some really twisted and bizarre views. I know that if I had a spouse who lived while I was in Mrs. Schiavo's condition, I would want her to live her life while still fighting for my rights, preferably a lethal injection, but at a minimum palliative care and withdrawl of nutrition/hydration under extreme sedation.
Bless your heart, you've been trying to knock that down for a least 24 hours, haven't you? Don't you hate it when you post something and then spend HOURS correcting yourself? :-)
Good job though.
I think you have a devius mind...lol...I just believe she is keeping quiet while he does what he wants, I don't think he is the type you can argue with. Lets not forget they have two children together, yet he says he loves Terri, yea, sure he does. Michael loves MIchael.
Perhaps she sees that Mr. Schiavo is a man who is committed to the rights of those he loves.
I dont want anyone feeding that girl
.the rule of law is that this girl must die.
(The above is a quote from Judge Greer when Terri's sister and brother tried to have Terri fed when they removed her feeding tube, in the past.)
So you work at the facility where Terri is housed? If not, you dont know jack.
I have no twisted and bizarre views. I am only going with your take and so called logic on this.
I would say that perhaps you have some twisted views on things.
Yeah, but someone posted about Jodi having some 'connections' of her own. Michael certainly wanted Terri dead even before he met Jodi, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if her role is more active than it might appear.
Except that Michael did nothng for Terri, he forbade any outside stimulation like radio, TV, etc, he refused her to be allowed to sit in a wheelchair, go outside, he refused her even the basic dental attention causing her to have two teeth pulled, not to mention she has not had an MRI or any other kind of test to determine if she is viable at all, and what it would take to have her improve.
If that is love then I dont want it
You maya be right, like I said in my original post I had not seen or heard any discussion of her...what kind of connection do you think? Is she a Greer?
If you haven't already written, would some of you write to Gov. Bush and the Speaker, and send them a link to this video?:

Yeah, but Im sure they don't do cavity searchs
No, but the people who want her to die are.
"...BTW, it can be done outside the room..."
The judge banned recordings inside her room. I can understand that. Who the heck would do a terrible thing like that anyway, tape record inside her room? /s
But as for bugging her room from outside, tempting to go that far, isn't it? Not to mention a whole bunch of other rooms. [Greer's and Michael's for example.]
