WE NEED PEOPLE TO SURROUND HOSPICE IN PROTEST TO JUDGE GREER'S RULING STATING HE WILL OVER RIDE FEDERAL SUBPOENA AND WILL REMOVE TERRI'S FEEDING TUBE IMMEDIATELY.
FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT COME TO FLORIDA...PLEASE CALL YOUR SENATORS. PLEASE DO NOT STOP YOUR CALLS.
ACTION BY THE PEOPLE MUST TAKE PLACE TO SAVE TERRI FROM JUDICIAL HOMICIDE.

Barbara Wellar is an attorney. When she first came on this case, she expected someone with no capability to do things.
Info in other threads indicate that Terri can be rehabitated.
Michael is the problem with that.
But then if Mother Theresa of Calcutta was alive today, and she witnessed this, you would probably call her a liar...

Judge Greer is supposed to be a "church goer" and a republican ..??
Not on my list he's not!! To rule to remove a tube with a statement, "I'm sick of this" - this guy doesn't deserve to be a judge!
Judge Greer is helping to move this country towards a dictatorship of judges. The Terri case is just like something out of the Soviet Union under Stalin.
Actually, Greer has had the "decency" to remove himself from his former Baptist Church.
They aren't worried. They don't believe in hell.
Maybe so, but if the people who love her most, her parents, her brother and sister, want to spend their time and money to care for her regardless of the situation, then why do people want so much that she should be put to death? That's their child, their sibling, what do outsiders care if they want to love her and continue caring for her? Why do others get to pass judgement on her quality of life?
Why don't her parents move her to another state? HELLO?
How? She is under constant guard.

She may be. I don't know. But one thing's pretty clear: Michael, Felos, and Greer don't think she's beyond rehabilitation.
A reporter, can't remember his name, ended an article with
the following:
"The hottest place in Hell is reserved for Michael when he

This would include, I imagine, Judge Greer and
George Felos.

This is a newer, breaking thread has more information that this news release just after the event. And it might not have been anything more than a cell phone conversation between Cheryl Ford and Barbara Weller.

Michael Schiavo has told the court that he knows what Terri would want done to her if she were in her present medical situation. He says he knows because Terri told him. Regarding that alleged conversation--Cindy Shook said that Michael Schiavo said:
"How the hell should I know, we never spoke about this, my God I was only 25 years old. How the hell should I know? We were young. We never spoke of this."
TERRI'S HUSBAND IS A LIAR....this was NEVER spoken of...
A good reason to try to get behind the Bush nominees and HOPE they aren't this bad.
Michael Schiavo is another Scott Peterson. He has lied how Terri ended in this state and on many other apsects of this case.
Who's next? The aged, those in comas, those who are deemed not valuable for some reason........Pick your disease or disability, and that person could be next. Oh, and since we can kill babies all the way up to birth, or leave live babies to die after abortions, and not penalize women from dumping babies they don't want in alleys, we should include any number of young who can't feed themselves or are a nuisance as well.
Why don't we just send them out to the wasteland, since we're culling them from the herd? Deny them shelter as well as food and drink. Let them get by as long as they're not eaten by wild animals.

It sounds like you never read the affidavit of Terri's nurses. They said that while she was in their care, she would say words like "help me" and "stop".
This is documented by deposition. Therefore, there is a distinct possibility that Terri Schiavo can speak.
Or maybe we should just make them bring her out, so they can prove that she can NOT speak, or move, or feel pain. Why don't her husband and his attorney let Terri be seen by the public?
