It seems to me that her current communications on this topic should outweigh Michael Schiavo's memory of a conversation far in the past, which is apparently the foundation of Greer's order
Even if ALL the things Michael Schaivo said were true, and even if ALL the ruling of Judge Greer were legal, this woman is not even allowed to change her mind??? Sheesh. Women, especially, are allowed to change their minds all the time. Isn't this the argument people use in date rape situations? When the woman says "no" the man is supposed to stop?? Don't women have the right to change their minds up until the last moment of ANYTHING?

If The Empire Journal is correct, that the Attorney who told Terri they were going to remove her feeding tube and said Terri began to cry and tried to say she wants to live, then don't we have the perfect Evidence that the heinous HINO is and always was Lying along with his brother and sister-in-law and that they knowingly perjuried themselves in Court. This looks like multiple counts of Attempted Murder, thats getting to the truth.

If a girl gets pregnant by her boyfriend, they or she decides on an abortion. In most liberal states the parents ARE DENIED any knowledge of such abortion, let alone being involved in the decision or even consent stages.
Isn't Terri's case very similar. Her spouse has all the decision and her parents are denied any.
The BLOOD family IS CUT OFF by the liberal system.

I was wondering why they just can't ask her to make that moaning noise on the video if she wants to live. It would sort of be like a person signing an X on a legal document if they don't know how to write their own name.

Those on the "let her go" side often accuse us on the other side of being too emotioanlly attached, and in some ways they have a point. Yet it runs both ways. Over the course of these threads, a common theme emerges:
Many, if not most people on the Schindler's side have been touched by disability or know soeone who has. (Full disclosure: My brother has muscular dystrophy)
When pressed, we find that many of the pro-Micheal people have had an experience with an end-of-life issue (usually involving a parent)
We ALL bring our own baggage to this.
Except of course for the ivory-tower libertarian nutjobs who dispassionately opine that government should not ever do anything, under any circumstances.

Judge Greer did not show up for work this morning and his staff became concerned. At 9:30 AM, they received a note claiming that the judge had been kidnapped. For every day that Terri doesn't eat, the judge doesn't eat.
What a Clymer. If he says they could have intervened during these past 5 years and didn't, WHAT MAKES HIM THINK THEY DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT NOW!
