This is the US House petition to the Florida Supreme Court to issue another stay.
The people on Terri's side are playing too nice. There's no state/federal conflict here. If Michael Schiavo wanted to remove the tube, he should have failed a motion to quash the subpoenas in federal court this am. He didn't do that. Greer has zero, zero authority to over rule a congressional subpoena. That tube should still be in place.
There's no reason to go to the kangaroo FLASC to modify Greer's order.
The US Attorney for the WD of Florida needs to haul Greer and the medical personnel who removed the tube before a federal judge and have them show cause why they should not be held in contempt of Congress.
