Terri and her parents are and have been Catholic all along.
The communion she received was from a hospice chaplain (don't know if was priest, though that word was used). And it's probable that it's something called "spiritual communion", ie, not real host, as was done last time.
At that time (10/03) her own priest was prohibited from giving her communion. I was there when he came out. Felos lied at that time, and said she had received it.

I agree. I'm as concerned as the next person about precedent. For what is done that is good today could be used to justify evil the next. But in the case of life or death, I'm not going to wait around until all the legalities are worked out.
The highest purpose of our government is to protect our rights and defend our lives. This is an abomination against the original intent of our government. Maybe the "nuanced" crowd is suffering a conflicted conscience, some apparently not even that, but right is right. That woman is innocent and deserves food, water and air.

Why is there so few people around the hospice? There was so much talk about storming the hospice to rescue her. Was anyone seriously considering that? Oh, please, do something. And let's keep praying fervently, those of us who can't be there. We had a Mass for Terri yesterday in Poznan, Poland.
I listened to The Savage Nation on my work computer one day. I was absolutely off my seat!! He was TERRIFIC!! Where are all such men?????
I'm at work listening to talk shows on the internet so I haven't seen any video from the hospice.
I was under the impression that there was a pretty big crowd down there.
Weldon is no slacker on this. He says that Federal Marshalls could be sent. Gingrich says Greer can be held in contempt.
I'm not an 'eagle', not a lawyer, but I get into chats with them, and this is a very unusual situation. Federal is more clear-cut.
A Federal court can be shut down for any reason, according to someone's quote of "Men in Black" [Mark Levin], and jurisdiction can be re-defined.
I would be surprised if nothing can be done to save her.
Also, new evidence was reported on Newsmax that she reportedly talked. That should change everything. It certainly should be investigated.
And, Congess can make laws, right? Senate/House bill, signed by the President. That should give them all the power they need. The Right to Live should trump everything else, even states' rights.

I couldn't agree more with your post.
I'm concerned about the precedent but this woman is in peril. Serious peril. And there is a huge difference between a disabled woman who is unable to ask for what she wants and a death row inmate who has abused his appeals.
Anyway, I have to log off but I will join with the hundreds (thousands?) of people who will pray for Terri tonight.
Never mind not appreciating it, they should absolutely NOT TOLERATE it!! Otherwise THEY are useless eaters. Stop feeding them. Are they men or mice????

There was a live feed on Tampa Bay News. Not too crowdy, but that was some hours ago, people could still be at work. There were some Michael supporters in the crowd as well... with signs saying "MY BODY, MY CHOICE" etc... awful.
Hopefully, there's more Terri supporters there now.
