see my post #737...that's the best I can answer, at this time. A subpoena can be issued upon Terri. But since she is incapacitated, it may also have to be issued upon Judge Greer (he's also her guardian, remember), or Michael Schaivo. They would treat Terri, somewhat, as they would a minor child. A minor child cannot be served a subpoena alone, the parent or guardian must also be served. But the subpoena is still for the child (in this case, Terri) to be produced.

How about the temporary restraining order sought by the congressmen from a DC judge? Would that be for the doctors or Greer or both?

I would think that would apply to anybody near or around Terri at any time. The U.S. District Court trumps a state cirucit court judge or order....and Greer knows that. And as I posted earlier (from someone else's post on another thread), a Federal judge gives great deference to Congressional Subpoenas, meaning, it would be highly unusual for a Federal judge to blow it off and ignore it.
That's Benito Mussolini - who certainly seems to be one of Greer's kindred spirits.

I hope he isn't hiding so the subpoena can't be served. If it has to be served to him.
But I have a feeling that the doctors, knowing about the subpoena and TRO, won't touch that tube with a ten foot pole!

She's probably either at hospice or getting some much needed rest. She has been so sick lately. I'm quite hopeful that she knows, otherwise she'll be mad for going to sleep early again!!
