BUMP FOR OUR MILITARY and VETS and NATIONAL GUARD!!! AND ALL POLICE except those whose intentions are to cause Terri and those like her harm.
I heard Frist on C-Span. He was great! He ordered the Senate to convene on Monday at 4pm to deal with the issue.
Then the news came that Terri would be supoenaed asa a witness which means they can't pull the feeding tube.
I think that's called a "1,2 punch".
I fast blasted him too a thank you note too. (Heck, I've been fast blasting him all week!)
He's a good one to have on our side. A lot of that has as much to do with his audience as it does with him.
I can remember when Terri's dad was on a radio show, and he said that Terri had bruises on her arm, and would explain it away to her family by saying that she and Michael were "just fooling around."
Sounds like she was embarrassed.
If the subpoena is issued already .. they're dead meat if they try anything and subvert a demand from the Federal government... I'd bank on it. Their geese has been fleeced by this stunning action, IMO. And I do think the Federales will be at Woodside tomorrow.

Concerning Terri being drugged before testifying -
I'm thinking it will NOT take place for many months. By then Terri will have had Therapy.
Also, Terri ONLY HAS TO SHOW UP AND EVERYONE WILL SEE THE TRUTH - FINALLY. :)
THAT WILL BE AN EASY ONE. SHE'S ALERT AND WE KNOW IT.
IF THIS GOES AS WE'VE HEARD TONIGHT - TERRI WILL BE WITH HER PARENTS HERE REAL SOON~!!

She didn't want her Dad to know what was going on but she did tell others. And eventually her brother.
Her Mom said Terri approached her about leaving Schiavo and she told Terri she should work it out. Her Mom was very upset about it in hindsight.
I'm just thinking here .. since Terri has a guardian, and she is his charge -- how does the subpoena have been issued so that MS isn't the one who has to speak for her?

Yep, eerie. Just like some of the symbolism in names and dates related to Terri's situation, maybe there's symbolism in the appearance of the major players... just a thought.

As Terris guardian, would the subpoena have to be delivered to Michael? Please say no.
If Terri has only 10 days to respond, and she can't, what will happen?? I just know NOTHING about these things.
To be honest, starwise, I do not know; I don't know if they can circumvent his guardianship without his consent, unless they find some criminal action or whatever, which would allow him to be removed a guardian.
However, it IS possible, that the DCF investigation may have already turned up some criminal behavior......maybe that will be provided to the Federal judge when this, hopefully, gets removed from the state courts and goes into federal court. (That's what I'm hoping, anyways.)
Then we must pray tonight! Pray - and do God's will on earth.
We need a paralegal/lawyer here -- All points bulletin to answer this question on #732 . ... anyone have a clue?
I used to be a legal sec. as well -- but not much with criminal law, and I'm just thinking of how specific documents have to be .. and in whose name it would be .. unless they're going to substitute the Schindlers .. but I don't know the legal maneuvering that's going on behind the scenes. Anything that would replace MS would have to be grounded in pretty solid factual evidence AND be done without a hearing BEFORE the subpoena is served or else, as her legal guardian -- he would be receiving it for her, dontcha think?
