God Bless Tom DeLay!! The Swamp Judge did nothing but give an order to kill Terri.He NEVER tried to consider any evidence except hearsay. He swore in 2001 that she was going to die. Everyone, please read the latest Empire Journal article which presents damning information on Schiavo as a wife abuser and the evidence of eprverted control of Terri prior to her collapse and after. This article should be sent to Tom DeLay and all in a position to demand a full criminal investigation as well as Governor Bush.Its a chilling must read.

I think this was a good move. The Republicans in the House couldn't stop the Dems from objecting. With only one objection they had to have a quorum for a vote, which obviously they don't have.
So Hasert is playing a good chess game here!
Wexler has always been a troublemaker and he is going to stand up for states rights and the right to choose and the right to die...and all that BS
