Sorry I was typing so fast I forgot. It was Tom DeLay who said it in the cspan.org press conference. Some reporter asked him, doesn't this go to the sanctity of spouse relationship? (Aren't you horning in on family privacy?) And DeLay said sanctity of life comes first, what the husband wants to do is barbaric, he's gonna starve her to death, "I don't CARE what her husband says."

May I ask what might possibly be considered a stupid question? I was defending Terri's life on DU today (I know, why bother?) and they kept saying she has no cerebral cortex. I am not a doctor. I don't know what that means. Does anyone have any information specifically on this or a site that will give me more info? I appreciate any and all responses!!
