Yeah. How long has it been since Kerry gave his "rock solid" promise on national TV to sign form 180? A month? Six Weeks? I have a feeling it will be 2008 and Kerry will STILL be promising to sign form 180.

Don Hammond is Sinclair's Washington Bureau Chief. He comes to Washington DC from Dayton,Ohio. In Dayton he worked at two of Sinclair's broadcast facilities as an anchor/ reporter.

Don began in news broadcasting in 1979 at a small radio station in Fairfield, Ohio. During his career he has specialized in defense related topics with an emphasis on military veterans.

Hammond has served in almost every aspect of the TV news operation; as a photographer, editor, director, reporter and anchor. His resume reflects news anchor positions in Cleveland, Biloxi, Dayton, San Antonio and Sacramento. Don is a former soldier with the 25th Infantry Division. He later became an Airborne Jungle expert qualified member of the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service.

Among other awards in radio and TV he has received a prestigious Keith L. Ware Army broadcast award, a team Emmy and an Army Commendation Medal for putting a fire out on top of an ammo dump.

Hammond is also a former Army wrestler that won a state of Hawaii Greco Roman wrestling title in 1976.

This will be a major problem for frenchie that will not go away. I hope he does find some loop hole, though. I like winning big. As an old coach, I have never liked close ones. If we get frenchie again next time we can peel back even more down ballot seats.
