I predict guilty. Given what evidence I've read and heard about, including a very questionable story he told from the beginning, I have trouble believing that there wouldn't be at least one juror totally convinced of his guilt. Assuming that juror was solid in their belief, that would mean at least a hung jury if everyone else thought the case hadn't been proven. Much more likely that they were swayed toward guilty than not, I believe.

You know...it's weird, but I kind of feel the way Hildy does on this
I think that Hildy is way ahead of the curve, IMHO - and my reason for thinking Blake is innocent is because I listened to him defying his lawyers who wanted him to just shut up and make no statements, to saying that he did not commit the crime, he stated that he was placing his faith in God, i.e., 'I let God down many times, but He has never let *me* down', and while I've been wrong before, I don't think I'm wrong about Blake in this instance. While he may well have considered having B.L.B. bumped off, I don't think that he was actually capable of it, because he would be killing the mother of his child, and even as a rotten mother, B.L.B. was still the mother of that little girl.
As a closing thought, I remember watching Gary Busey in all of his glory on Larry King not long after B.L.B. was shot, telling King that he absolutely believed that Blake was innocent, because committing murder was just not something that Blake 'his friend' was capable of.
Hey, in less than 15 minutes, everyone can either say 'wow Hildy, MadMammoth, etc., you called it right', OR - you nice people can flame us and chortle for the rest of the night about it, LOL ;)

While I do not agree with Hildy, i have heard some pretty horrendous stories about fathers who want their children AWAY from their awful mothers, and courts who always award custody to the mothers.
I am in NO WAY saying that murder is ever an option or ever right. And I know that they weren't even in the divorce phase. I'm just saying the court system can be crazy, and some parents will go to great lengths to protect their children.

I had to wade through a lot of porn when I put in the search word SPANKY I know what you mean. I looked up slavery once, and found myself on an S&M site. I almost choked when I saw those women in black leather clothes, what little they had on, with whips. I won't make such a general request about slavery again.

"The did not tell the judge they were hung (which was the best Blake could hope for). IMO they found him GUILTY of something." Since I have not followed this very closely, what evidence was presented that would find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?

I'm sorry, I didn't hear you. Now, exactly, what were the search terms, exactly, that you used to find such images? Exactly?

If he is found guilty, is bailed revoked or continued pending appeal?

The 3rd LAPD officer on the scene was at my house soon after the murder and he indicated that the murder weapon was in a trash can next to a bench where Blake was sitting after he had vommited. He said it looked pretty bad for Blake.
The verdict should be guilty in my estimation.

Mostly, he had multiple times gone to people he knew to try and arrange killing her.
That kind of think sure will make it hard to believe he wasn't responsible, especially with him on the scene.
