My bet is for July 2020 for the execution date. He'll probably die of AIDS from his prison lover before they throw the switch.

Actually, he hasn't yet been sentenced. The process was motions for a new trial (Denied as I understand it), victim impact statements (Ongoing as I type) and then the sentencing. I think the Judge indicated he would impose the sentence but it hasn't been set yet.

I believe death row inmates have single cells.

Last one was just back in January. Check
here. He was on death row almost 21 years.

I do believe the last person that was executed involved an innocent individual and a gang of thugs. I presume you know who was executed.

Technically, I suppose you have a point.
But just a reminder (and an unnecessary one, I'm sure) - Scott was convicted of murdering him, name or not.
I'd be curious how the statute used in that case reads.

Thanks
Laci's brother Brent said that "Laci will be coming to take you away." to Scott Peterson. Brent Rocha told Scott: "It's sad what you put your mother through" and "Scott you are truly a loser." Sharon Rocha called Scott a baby killer, evil murderer, coward....and a product of the environment he grew up in.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (AP) - Scott Peterson was sentenced to death Wednesday for murdering his pregnant wife, Laci, more than two years ago.
Peterson, shackled at the waist and wearing a dark suit, was escorted into court under heavy security Wednesday. Judge Alfred A. Delucchi denied a defense request for a new trial and upheld the jury's recommendation that he be sentenced to death.

>>>Well, you can't officially have a name unless you have a birth certificate. And you can't have a birth certificate if you haven't been born. So, I guess technically, "fetus" is the proper term in this case.<<
Spare me, please. If this were your son would you be calling him fetus?

Be thankful they even mentioned fetus. The updated story makes no mention of it.

They mean life waiting for death. I look at it this way: he's getting both the death penalty and life imprisonment. Two for the price of one!

How about never. They will never execute him. I think the likely senario is that he will be murdered while in prison.
On a side note. I was rather put off by Ms. Roche regarding her complaints about how the courthouse is full of strangers that didnt know lacy and she thought they should not be there and laci's friends and family should basically hold priority over the available seats.

I presume you know who was executed. Actually, I do not.

"California's death row is significantly larger than Texas's. And everyone knows why."
Exactly!
And if they deported all the illegals which accounts for a third of the prison population and executed the death row crowd we could eliminate the overpopulation and cut the costs of prisons dramatically!
but heck, that's just too logical! LMAO
