Had he been sentenced to life in prison, he would've lasted a week.

One day the fetus is known as Connor and the next it is known as fetus. I love the media. Well, you can't officially have a name unless you have a birth certificate. And you can't have a birth certificate if you haven't been born. So, I guess technically, "fetus" is the proper term in this case.

Lee Peterson was kicked out of the courtroom when he called Brent Rocha (Laci's brother) a liar during his testimony today. Dennis Rocha told Scott: "Your going to burn in hell for this.". The brother said that he wanted to kill Scott, but wants to watch him "twist in the wind". Sharon Rocha is now addressing the court. Per MSNBC.
